We walk the rooms with you, talk through colors and finishes, and measure what is actually there. You get a written price with the scope spelled out, not a guess over the phone.

Protect and prep
Furniture gets moved and covered, floors get protected, and surfaces get patched, caulked, sanded, and primed. Prep is most of the job, and it is the part that decides how the finish looks two years from now.

Paint
Clean cut lines, even coverage, and the right number of coats for the color you picked. We tidy the work area at the end of every day, because you still live there while we work.

Walk it together
We walk every room with you before we pack up. Anything you flag gets fixed on the spot. The job is not finished until you say it is.
